We are investigating the cause of a partial network outage experience in our EWR1 facility. The outage was caused by a downed switch in the EWR datacenter. Customers with servers connected to this switch may have experience network failures between 16:20 and 16:40 EST, 5/26/2019.
At this point the issue has been resolved and network functionality should be back to normal.
