On Monday, September 14, 2020 between 17:00-19:00 EST (21:00-23:00 UTC), Engineers will be upgrading a single spine switch in our FRA2 (Frankfurt) location. This device is one of a redundant set in this facility. This emergency maintenance is being performed to correct a software issue that may impact customers if left in its present state. Customers may experience brief moments of loss of connectivity while engineers route traffic away from this device.
