On Thursday, February at 21 at 23:00 UTC*, Packet will perform upgrades to a pair of switches in our AMS1 (Amsterdam, Netherlands) datacenter to improve the performance and stability of our network.

During the maintenance a switch reboot will be required, resulting in a short loss of connectivity to server instances in the affected racks. This may occur several times over the course of the 2-hour maintenance window.

As this event will impact only a single rack, customers with impacted server instances will receive an individual notice that includes a specific list of any affected servers.
