First window: Thursday, January 09, 2020 @ 21:00 Eastern Time - 23:59 Eastern Time
Second window: Friday, January 10, 2020 @ 11:30 Eastern Time - 16:30 Eastern Time

During these two windows, Packet engineers will be migrating connectivity in our New York Metro (EWR1) data center to new, higher capacity, backbone circuits and hardware, in support of continued growth in this region.

We are issuing this notice for informational purposes, out of abundance of caution. Due to network-level redundancies and the nature of the work scheduled, we do not foresee any interruptions in service during these windows.
