Update
The migration is taking longer than expected, however, individual system downtime has remained shorter than 5hr as expected. We have extended the maintenance window by 5hr to ensure we have enough time to complete work.
At this time all c1.small.x86 and t1.small.x86 instances have been migrated. If you have a t1 or c1 small system and are still experiencing issues, please reach out to us an email to support@packet.com.

Scheduled
On Sunday, August 25th, 2019 @ 0700 UTC we will be migrating a portion of the following system types in AMS1 to a new availability zone within the same datacenter. This is being done to improve the performance and reliability of your server infrastructure.
To avoid this downtime, you may migrate to a new server in AMS1 prior to the maintenance by reserving new hardware on our website or simply replying to this email and we will help you out.

We estimate that the maintenance will take up to 12 hours, however, individual systems should be offline for less than 5 hours within that window.

Affected system types:
c1.large.arm
c1.large.arm.xda
c1.small.x86
c1.xlarge.x86
c2.large.arm
c2.medium.x86
m1.xlarge.x86
m2.xlarge.x86
s1.large.x86
Type HUA

If you are impacted by this migration, the owner of your Packet organization will have been notified directly via email, including a specific list of affected servers.

Please reach out to me at support@packet.com with any questions and we can work through any issues or concerns you may have.
